Thrill seekers of all ages will love the Lincolnshire coast's amusement parks. Bottons Pleasure Beach can be found in the heart of Skegness and features a variety of traditional amusement rides including rollercoasters, carousels and dodgems. Head to Ingoldmells and you will discover Fantasy Island, an award-winning theme park with iconic roller coasters, themed zones and rides for young explorers. Both of these parks have plenty of stalls serving traditional carnival-style snacks - think ice-cream, doughnuts and candyfloss!

Hardy's Animal Farm is another firm family favourite. Set on 7 acres, this farm offers hands-on and interactive animal experiences, including daily feeding sessions, egg collecting, pony grooming and even a meet & greet with their alpacas! The site also has a café and three dedicated outdoor play areas for different ages, including a giant play area for older children and a soft play area for toddlers.

Looking for somewhere the kids can burn off some energy? Then look no further than Jump Warriors at Ingoldmells. This trampoline park is one of the largest attractions on the Lincolnshire coast and perfect for a family day out. With countless trampolines, jump towers, and a Ninja Assault Course, the whole park screams fun! They even host toddler friendly play sessions for 5 years old and below, meaning even the tiny tots can join in the fun.

Discover the wonders of the underwater world by visiting Skegness Aquarium. Be amazed as you walk through the Ocean Tunnel - an immersive 180-degree view of the stunning marine life swimming overhead. With sharks, stingrays, and an array of colourful fish living harmoniously, you can expect up-close encounters with these magnificent creatures, providing a glimpse into life beneath the waves.

After a short 15 minute drive from Skegness you will arrive at Lincolnshire Wildlife Park. This well-loved sanctuary for endangered animals offers visitors the chance to see a fascinating array of creatures, mammals, birds, and reptiles. Set within 25 acres, Lincolnshire Wildlife Park is home to the world's largest parrot rescue, Bengal Tigers, White Lions and one of only two Black Leopards on display in the UK!

The Lincolnshire coast is known for its seal pups born each year at Donna Nook, so during your trip it is well worth visiting one of the seal sanctuaries. Natureland Seal Sanctuary in Skegness is an internationally recognised centre for the rescue and rehabilitation of orphaned and injured seals on the coast of the North Sea. Visitors to the sanctuary will hear about the rescue work, experience the rehabilitation process, and learn about the challenges these animals often face in the wild.

Further up the coast you will find Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary & Wildlife Centre. This centre is primarily committed to the rescue and protection of seals and other native wildlife, but you will also discover an impressive range of animals who call the centre home, from Lemurs to magnificent Birds of Prey.
