Visiting Anderby Creek beach

Anderby Creek Beach is a great choice for those wishing to take a break from the main tourist attractions. With a vast unspoilt beach, it is the perfect place to spend the day sunbathing, walking along the sand or playing games. Whether you're a couple seeking a romantic location for a picnic, or you're a family wanting to enjoy a long summer's day at the coast, this beach is one of Lincolnshire's hidden gems.

It is also home to The Cloud Bar - the world's first purpose-built cloud observation platform. A part of Anderby Creek beach since 2009, this platform boasts cloud sculptures, seating, and information where you can learn all about clouds and how to identify them using the structure's five rotatable curved mirrors.

If you do decide to take a dip at this beautiful location, keep in mind there is no lifeguard service here so adhere to the best safety practices, especially if entering the water, and read our guide to beach safety.
