A Summer hotspot

Skegness Beach is certainly one of the most popular beaches on the Lincolnshire Coast and has plenty of family-friendly activities to prove it. You can enjoy donkey rides, crabbing, even minigolf and Skegness Aquarium are right near the beach, and much more.

The beach is particularly busy in the summer season, but much quieter and peaceful for the rest of the year if that’s more your pace. Dogs are not permitted from 1st May to 30th September and must be kept on lead in all other areas.

There are wheelchair access points for the beach, as well as hireable beach wheelchairs. There is a lifeguard service during the summer season, but still be sure to adhere to the best safety practices, especially if entering the water, and read our guide to beach safety.

Plenty of parking is available near the seaside with two of the closest parks being Skegness Beach car park, which has toilet facilities, and Skegness Pool & Fitness Centre car park.
