The Windmill Restaurant in Burgh le Marsh, situated at the retired windmill site, offers British pub classics and gastropub inspired cuisine, showcasing the best Lincolnshire produce.
Set in the quaint village of Burgh le Marsh and located at the site of the now retired Burgh le Marsh Windmill, the restaurant provides an idyllic place to dine and relax against a rural Lincolnshire backdrop. Run by a dedicated husband and wife duo, Chris and Sharon, the Windmill Restaurant is a passion project born of years of restaurant work in Lincolnshire.
Using a range of locally sourced produce, the Windmill restaurant prides itself on offering a high-quality selection of mouthwatering meals, supporting local producers, farmers, and suppliers, and showcasing the very best produce Lincolnshire has to offer. The restaurant offers an impressive drinks menu with wines, cocktails, beers and spirits complemented by tasty British pub classics alongside more elegant gastropub inspired cuisine in a stunning countryside setting. Choose from an array of appetising starters, from homemade chicken & brandy pâté to poached pears in red wine, along with a positively tasty selection of main meals. There’s plenty of choice for all, including steaks, roasts, mixed grills, salads, pies and more, all passionately prepared by head Chef, Chris.
Burgh le Marsh is a Lincolnshire village located 5 miles inland from Skegness, towards the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB).
The Windmill restaurant boasts seasonal menus and one-off event-tasting meals, including Thai evenings, Steak & Chocolate evenings and many more bespoke selections. The restaurant also offers a splendid Christmas Day menu serving some high-end Lincolnshire produce in a festive setting.
