Breakwater Bungalow is within walking distance of Sutton on Sea village and sleeps 3 with the option of extra guests on the sofa bed in the lounge, and is dog friendly with multiple dogs welcome for no extra charge.

The modern, cosy accommodation has a well equipped kitchen with an undercounter fridge with separate freezer section. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and cupboard space with a built in TV while the 2nd bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over and anti-slip flooring. In the lounge area there is a corner sofa that converts in to a double bed, French doors opening on to the front garden. along with a dining area overlooking the rear with access to the fully enclosed rear garden.
