Baked Camembert for 2 with caramelised apple, calvados syrup, grapes and sundried tomato focaccia
Tomato and Basil soup with parmesan crisp and herb salad
Pan seared smoked salmon, spiced prawn, dill and herb salad and wasabi balls
MAINS
Ribeye for 2 with roasted garlic and herb potatoes, buttered greens, caramelised shallots and cherry tomatoes with Dianne sauce
Seabass fillets with curry butter muscles, dauphinoise potatoes, baby carrots and sprout leaves
Sage gnocchi with roast butternut squash, goats cheese, spinach and toasted pine nuts
DESSERTS
Warm chocolate dip for 2 with cinder toffee, marshmallows, strawberries and shortbread
Steamed lemon sponge with lemon curd and fresh blueberries
