The AGM is held so that levy payers and members of the company may hear about what the company has achieved over the past twelve months and to provide an opportunity to put questions to the BID Board of Directors. Members of the company (those whom have completed a company membership form), can vote on resolutions.
The relevant forms are attached, please ensure that you read the documents carefully and those that are members, please cast your vote accordingly.
